Recruitment Process

Spoon Consulting is looking for the following profiles to complement its teams:

  • Junior Analysts,
  • Confirmed and Senior Consultants,
  • Track leaders and Project Managers,
  • System analysts and Database Administrators.

What are we looking for ?

Candidates who combine technical skills with strong individual and inter personal skills, namely:

  • Good academic record with a BSc Degree in IT or Computer Science,
  • Excellent communication skills in french and english,
  • Team work and results oriented way of working,
  • Commitment to learning and career development,
  • Ability to work in project mode and under pressure, leadership potential.

Technical skills – Oracle Track

  • Expertise in design and development of components using PL/SQL and Oracle related tools (Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, workflow,…),
  • Previous experience in quality driven development process (CMMi, …) and autonomy in overall development lifecycle (functional design review, documentation, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis).

Functional skills – Functional Track

  • Expertise in Oracle E Business Suite (resp. JD Edwards Enterprise) processes and set up for at least one functional domain (Finance, Supply chain, CRM, …),
  • Previous experience with functional activities (gap analysis, set up, training, cut to live, post go lives support) in implementation projects.

Technical skills – Java Track

  • Autonomy in design and development of large software components using PL/SQL, java scripts, JSP and Oracle related tools,
  • Previous experience in quality driven development process (CMMi, …) and autonomy in overall development lifecycle (functional design review, documentation, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis).

Technical skills – JD Edwards Track

  • Expertise in design and development of interactive and batch applications using JD Edwards Technology,
  • Previous experience in quality driven development process (CMMi, …) and autonomy in overall development lifecycle (functional design review, documentation, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis).
